To ensure satisfaction, please review our return and exchange guidelines:

1. Damaged Products: Report leaks, breaks, or defects within 24 hours with photos of the product, packaging, and receipt. We'll assess and resolve the issue, possibly with a replacement.

2. Packaging Damage: Minor shipping damage (dents, scratches) doesn't affect product quality. Replacements/exchanges aren't offered for packaging issues unless the product is damaged.

3. Refunds/Exchanges: Only applicable for damaged products as described above.
